b. The diameter of the focused spot is proportional to the focal length. This means that when the scanning area reaches a certain degree, the diameter of the light spot obtained is very large, that is to say, it is not fine enough, and the power density of the laser decreases very quickly (the power density is inversely proportional to the second power of the spot diameter), which is not conducive to processing.
c. Because the f-theta field mirror works by using the relation of Y '= f * θ, the actual values of θ and TG θ are different. And with the increase of focal length f, the distortion will be more and more serious.
At present, 1064nm and 10600nm are mostly used in the market. However, with the development of lasers, 532 nm, 355 nm and 266 nm field mirrors will also have corresponding applications.
